You do not need to order a new collar. The charge of $15.00 will be charged for any re-sizing of a collar. $10.00 labor and $5.00 shipping. This will not be charge if the sizing error is our mistake. Please provide an actual neck measurement when returning the collar. Please return the collar with a check or call 910-805-0350 to provide a credit card. We do not keep any credit card numbers.
All repairs for problems related to the making of the collar shall be repaired free of charge. For damage caused by customer shall be charged to the customer. Please call to discuss prior to returning. 910-805-0350 We can repair any problem.
