The charge of $15.00 will be charged for any re-sizing of a collar. $10.00 labor and $5.00 shipping. This will not be charge if the sizing error is our mistake.

  • You do not need to order a new collar. We can re-size any collar. All repairs for problems related to the making of the collar shall be repaired free of charge.
